Use DataManagement to understand and improve source data before it reaches operational reports
Rho Data Management
Understand and prepare the data in DataManagement—then turn it into a reusable live workbook with ExcelDataPresenter.
Two purpose-built Windows applications cover the complete journey. DataManagement discovers, profiles, validates, imports, restructures, and exports data across SQL Server, MySQL, and SQLite. ExcelDataPresenter converts database queries and constants into reusable spreadsheet layouts whose ranges can be refreshed by rule, worksheet, or complete workbook.
One system.
The complete operational picture.
Rho Data Management is delivered through two cooperating executables. DataManagement is the analytical and operational workbench: it discovers tables and relationships, inspects definitions and column types, measures completeness and distributions, calculates Pearson and Spearman correlations, validates structural changes, pre-checks imports, and controls export or query-to-table publication.
ExcelDataPresenter is the repeatable presentation application. Users import or design an Excel workbook, select cell ranges, attach each range to a constant or database query, choose all/top/specific source rows and columns, and populate one rule, one worksheet, or every worksheet. Layouts retain workbook bytes, worksheet definitions, connection assignments, and rules; they can be duplicated, imported, exported, refreshed, and reused without rebuilding the presentation each time.
Capabilities conventional systems leave disconnected—brought together in one operational platform.
Use ExcelDataPresenter to preserve presentation logic as refreshable workbook and range rules instead of manual copy-and-paste
Validate quality, names, scripts, imports, connections, and presentation ranges before downstream use
Work consistently across SQL Server, MySQL, and SQLite while keeping analysis and presentation responsibilities clear
Detailed capability.
Practical business value.
These are documented parts of the working product—not future promises or generic technology claims. Together they reduce handoffs, preserve context, and help teams act with confidence.
DataManagement — Explore tables, definitions, relationships, column metadata, selected data, and arbitrary query results
DataManagement — Profile missing values, frequency distributions, structured table/column statistics, Pearson correlation, and Spearman rank correlation
DataManagement — Validate table names, column names, and scripts before create, rename, drop, insert, or move operations
DataManagement — Pre-check file imports for delimiters, import mode, inferred columns, data types, destination, and existing-table policy
DataManagement — Copy query results into a reusable table and export data or statistics with explicit file-exists behavior
Shared data layer — Use a consistent repository contract across SQL Server, MySQL, and SQLite
ExcelDataPresenter — Import or design spreadsheet documents and save reusable named layouts with their workbook content
ExcelDataPresenter — Bind an Excel range to a database query or constant value and retain the data-source assignment
ExcelDataPresenter — Choose all rows, top rows, specific rows, all columns, or specific columns for each range rule
ExcelDataPresenter — Populate a selected rule, the active worksheet, or every worksheet with progress reporting and cancellation
ExcelDataPresenter — Detect overlapping rule ranges, show or hide rule boundaries, and keep range references synchronized
ExcelDataPresenter — Duplicate layouts and import or export layouts and connection settings for controlled reuse
From first action
to measurable outcome.
Open DataManagement and connect through the SQL Server, MySQL, or SQLite repository
Discover structure and profile missingness, distributions, statistics, and relationships
Validate and perform the required import, restructuring, query-to-table, or export operation
Open ExcelDataPresenter and import or design the target workbook layout
Select ranges and bind each rule to a constant or database query with the required row and column selection
Populate one rule, one worksheet, or all worksheets; review errors; then save, duplicate, or export the reusable layout
Built for the teams carrying the responsibility.
Why Rho Data Management stands apart.
Two dedicated executables separate data engineering from repeatable business presentation without breaking the workflow between them
Statistical profiling and safe restructuring happen before publication
Excel layouts retain workbook content, worksheets, database connections, range rules, row/column selection, and refresh behavior
One rule can be refreshed independently, or teams can repopulate a worksheet or complete workbook with progress and cancellation
Reusable settings make governed layouts and connections portable across authorized environments
Your workflow deserves more than a generic demo.
